DESCRIPTION - The 43,000 square metre site located off Radius Drive just off the Logan Motorway was developed with Douglas Construction and Engineering to accommodate for a large Warehouse which needed ease of access by employees and deliveries. 

DEXUS engaged WG Architects to create a space that was large enough for their current needs but importantly allowed for future expansion.
