DESCRIPTION - 51 Alfred Street is a nine level commercial office tower which includes a contemporary ground floor retail space with associated car parking. The development is designed with a 5-Star Green Building Council of Australia rating target. 

The creation of a strong urban foot print was an intrinsic design element of this project which was the catalyst used to garner the support of the local council.
